Hook: # 1 streamer or larger

Thread: white mono or GSP

Tail: white bucktail

Tail: 5 to seven grizzly steamer feathers - black and white or any color

Tail flash: three to five flashabou strands tied in on each side of tail

Body: “fluff” ends of same feather touching palmer or hackle wrapped from tail to eye

Notes:

Tie in buck tail a body length or two so that tail hairs surround hook shank just before bend

Tie in tail feathers do they surround the bucktail: sides, top, bottom

Touching wrap just the fluff end of steamer feathers, palmered, the entire body of the fleye.
