Hook: #12 – 18 fine wire
Thread: orange silk, waxed
Body: orange silk, waxed
Rib: dubbed dark seal fur
Thorax: dubbed dark seal fur
Notes:
Wrap one layer of waxed silk from behind eye to between above hook point and barb
Twist (dub) a sparse quantity of dark seal under-fur onto the waxed silk
Spiral wrap body and tight wrap thorax
Tie in a Starling feather and wrap a sparse hackle collar. Whip finish with waxed thread.
