Hook: 3x long, bent shank, dry

Thread: olive, tan, etc and black

Materials-

underbody: olive, tan, or other thread

tail: rusty brown shiny thread

body: tightly wrapped stretch cord

thorax: peacock herl

wing: deer hair (over the hook eye)

hackle: grizzly

Notes:

on hooks #14 and larger, use .8mm stretch cord

on hooks #16 and smaller, use .5mm stretch cord
