Notes:

I’m not sure who the creator of the Cardinelle Streamer is. I have read that Bill Chiba from Massachusetts showed this fly to fellow Bay Staters, Paul Kukkonen back in 1960s Paul had used this pattern in his films on fishing, which popularized the Cardinelle to more than 25,000 anglers. The pattern that I’m tying has been changed by Paul for taking trout, landlocked salmon, Atlantic salmon, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pike, walleye, stripers, blues, etc. This pattern has a wide range of species that can be caught depending on the hook size used.

Note popular streamer hook lengths can be 4xl and 5 xl can be used as well.
