According to Doug Swisher and Carl Richards stillborn mayflies are a freak of nature. These still Borns can range to when a Mayfly has issues with the tailing shuck to when wings have issues breaking out of the wing case. They do point out that if one or both wings break out of the wing case that the legs are no longer observed. If the Still Born’s wings have not broken free of the wing case the Mayfly still has its legs so that they should be included.
