Materials: two pheasant hen coverts, flat silver tinsel, white bucktail, sparse, brown bucktail, sparse, epoxy, red enamel, white under black enamel

tie the bucktail shank length hanging out over the eye by the butt ends
fold the bucktail back and tie over with a band of thread to create a rather long head, apply epoxy (or UV resin)
paint the underside of the thread band with red enamel for gills
paint on eyes with enamel white under black
