Notes:

Place your hook in the vice and starting from about the barb of the hook and wrap the wire up into the thorax area and wrap over top of that with more wire going about a third of the way back down the shank. Tie in the thread in front of the wire and then secure wire to hook and finish laying a base slightly into the bend of the hook and tie a small dubbing knot. Tie in your biots and then your copper rib wire (if using). Using the black dubbing wrap the abdomen then wrap the abdomen with the thin skin. Palmer copper wire forward if using. In front of the abdomen tie in your thin skin for wing case and the black hackle for the legs. Wrap the thorax with the orange dubbing making sure that you leave enough room to tie in a head. Wrap the thorax with hackle. Either trim the hackle of of the top or dampen and flatten the top down and pull over your wing casing and tie in all the way to the eye. Back the thread back to the thorax and dub an orange head to the eye of the hook. Then pull the thin skin back over top of the head tie it in and whip finish. Using thin UV resin put a small amount coating over all of the thin skin and torch to dry.
