tag: 3 inch tag colored with a green sharpie

abdomen: 5-7 strands of Olive E.P. Fiber palmered flat like floss

rib: Use the colored tag to counter rib the abdomen

prop: 50/50 blend of Olive & Dark Gray Hares Mask

underwing: Peacock Pearl Krystal Flash figure 8ed into a V off the sides of the lower wing

wing: Olive deer hair : 25-30 hairs cleaned and stacked

Over Wing: Olive dyed Speckled Partridge

Over Wing: Highlander Green Golden Pheasant Crest

antenna: 2 strands of olive deer hair

thorax: 50/50 blend of Olive & Dark Gray Hares Mask

head: Thread colored green with sharpie

Notes:

Olive Dye Recipe 

1 1/2 cups of water steaming 

1 TBLS of distilled white vinegar 

1 TSP of RIT DYE : APPLE GREEN 

dye the feathers in the steaming mixture for 3-5 minutes
