Hook: #6 – 10 3x or 4x long streamer

Thread: black

Materials-

body: #12 brass wire

underbody: white or light marabou

overbody: black or dark marabou

head: thread with eyes painted on

Wrap the hook shank with #12 brass wire, or substitute as desired, or weighted wire with tinsel overlay
Tie in thread behind eye and wrap over end of wire wrap to hold in place
Measure a clump of white or light marabou 1.5 hook length; wet marabou to make management easier; tie in an eye length behind eye; clip extra at an angle
Measure a clump of black or dark marabou slightly shorter than the white; tie in on top of white; clip extra at an angle
Wrap a tapered head; whip finish
Optional: paint on eyes
Head cement or UV resin
