body: Hareline Small/Medium Pink Ostrich Herl

back: Solarez UV Thin (blue bottle)

head: Thread

Notes:

To make the back add a small layer of uv  and cure it. Then take the rib and Palmer it over the uv layer to keep the rib elevated and tie the rib off at the head. Add a second thin layer of uv over the back to enclose the rib in uv making the rib look suspended over the back.
