Nymph

Tied By Darrell Olson

Hook: Daiichi 1870, Size 12

Thread: 70 Denier – Wine Color

Bead:

Body Parts: underbody, tail, Median Stripe, abdomen, wing case, thorax, legs

Materials: .012 Leader Material, Three Peacock Herls, White Brassie Wire, Turkey Biot Fiber – Olive, Black Thin Size, Dark Claret Brown Dubbing, Hungarien Partridge

Notes:

Underbody: Use leader material on each side of hook to widen the body. FYI .012 is roughly 10lb Monofilament. Cover with UV glue.

Abdomen: I have to tie the biot 2 – 3 times to get to the 60% point.

Median Stripe: Center over Abdomen.

Thorax: I blended Dark Brown Rabbit dubbing with Claret Ice Dub (50/50).

Median Stripe: Use the same wire and center over Thorax.

Abdomen/Thorax: Cover top with UV Thin for protection
