I tied this on a 14 Daiichi 1160 Klinkhammer hook but the size is more for a 10. The Daiichi Klinkhammer 1160 hooks have a good profile for this fly but a curved wide gap is also an excellent choice. Not all klinkhammers are designed the same and you really need a shorter top shank to make this fly come out well. Originally seen from Boise Anglers Fly Shop .
