The Gartside’s Gurgler was invented by the Jack Gartside. They are awesome and easy to tie flies that work of a wide variety of fish.
My video instruction is my variation of the Gurgler. One example is that I like to have a foam loop at the rear of the fly. This allows me to create a bubble trail when working the fly to attract attention.
