About this fly
There might already be a fly pattern out there in the World Wide Web but this is my variation to challenge me using these patterns. I’m not sure if a redfish or a speckled sea trout will even take this fly. However it might not be a winner for Haddrell’s Point Marsh Madness Fly Tying Challenge, I’m hoping that it might spark some interest into developing something new. Primarily this fly is used to target saltwater stripers. A search into the World Wide Web also reports that cod, sculpin, bluefish, cobia, groupers, moray eels, skates, stingrays, and sharks will also eat this fly or at least live flounder.
