About this fly
There are a lot of parts to this fly. I tied the legs by putting the tail feathers together separating the amount I needed and then tying them. Mix the diving colors together in a coffee grinder. For the wing cases, I cut them with caddis wing cutters.
What the Pheasant Tail Hopper imitates
- Grasshopper (adult)
- Hopper / cricket (adult)
