About this fly
This is traditionally tied without a wire rib, but I have a compulsion to add them to peacock herl bodies. It still floats. Mike designed this as a guide pattern and you can whip them out really quick if you find you're losing a lot of them or want a bunch in different colors. Great pattern to throw when you're not sure what is getting bites.
