Materials: Peacock Herl (1 or 2 Strands), Blue 2mm Foam, White or Barred Medium Rubber Legs
Notes:
Use the River Road Creations Damsel/Dragonfly Body Cutter, Size 12 to cut foam body.
Use clear nail polish to put a shine on top of foam and to seal the thread raps.
