Ice Dub ICE fro Hareline is a versatile fly-tying material made entirely from mylar. Its pearly, transparent, and reflective fibers mimic the natural shine of baitfish scales. This synthetic dubbing, similar to fine mylar tinsel, offers a bright and highly reflective finish, making it ideal for both freshwater and saltwater patterns.
Ice Dub ICE is easy to work with and does not require wax. It can be used to create various fly types, from nymphs to streamers. The fibers maintain their sparkle and durability throughout extended fishing sessions. Available in standard and ultraviolet-reflective colors, Ice Dub ICE sparkles deep blue in sunlight. This dubbing is highly customizable. You can blend different shades to create unique color patterns and mix it with other materials like feathers, fur, or Krystal Flash for added texture and movement.
