This was my first go at tying this pattern, and I’m really happy with the way it turned out.
I used some generic peacock rubber legs on this one that I had laying around, and I substituted cream color Semperfli Super Select Craft Fur for the Polar Fiber that Charlie uses for this color Baby Gonga.
The hen saddle feathers need to be wide enough to bridge the gap between the two hooks and cover the articulation. Watch the video several times before tying and you’ll have a much easier go of it.
