The Wee Whisper is a most delicate dun imitation by Elie Beerten of Belgium. This CDC fly is hard to beat when fish are spooky and are looking for small dun pattern.
For the two feathers tied in as wings with tips clipped out. The wings are divided in two by means of a figure-of-eight whipping.
